Adwin.cc provides digital products and services delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally considered final once delivery has been completed.
## 2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
* Product was not delivered;
* Duplicate payment was made;
* Product cannot be accessed due to a technical issue attributable to Adwin.cc;
* Incorrect charge occurred due to a payment processing error.
## 3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
* The digital product has been successfully delivered;
* Access credentials have been issued;
* Activation keys have been redeemed;
* The customer no longer wishes to use the product;
* The customer purchased a product by mistake after successful delivery.
## 4. Refund Request Procedure
Customers must submit a refund request through the support channels listed on Adwin.cc.
The request should include:
* Order number;
* Email address used for purchase;
* Description of the issue.
## 5. Review Period
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1–14 business days.
Additional information may be requested during the review process.
## 6. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, funds will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and banking institutions involved.
## 7. Fraud Prevention
Adwin.cc reserves the right to deny refund requests involving abuse, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service.
